All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please note that during holiday periods and sale seasons, order processing may take longer than usual.
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are generally processed within 3-10 business days from the date of purchase and shipped the next business day after processing is complete. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to change your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed, no further changes will be possible.
How long will it take to receive my order?
After placing your order, processing generally takes 1 to 3 business days. After that, delivery times will vary depending on the destination.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Europe: 7-14 business days
- United States: 7-15 business days
- Canada: 7-16 business days
- Central America: 10-25 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 10-26 business days
- Other countries: 11-30 business days
In exceptional cases, delivery may take longer than expected. In such circumstances, shipping may take up to 40 business days.
